The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach. The views were amazing, even saw dolphins from the balcony. We absolutely loved the apartment. The little extra touches made it even more special. The inverter was fabulous, we weren't inconvenienced by load shedding at all.

Nothing. We loved absolutely everything. Only thing was that the lift did not work during load shedding, but that was to be expected.

Everything was perfect. We were lacking nothing.

The location has beautiful sea views.The apartment was clean.The welcome message was sweet!

On Sundat night I returned to find that a tenant had taken my parking space allocated to me.It was raining and I am thankful that the security on guard made several attempts to get the guy who parked his car on my lot to excue himself.This exercise took well over 2 hours,it wasn`t a pleasant exercise at all. Although the rules clearly states that illegal parking will is an offence to be punished,no punishment was handed to the guy(who im told is one of the owners at the complex) he is well aware of the rules,and possibly a lack of carry over with the threat about clamping wheels for illegal parkers. I couldn`t believe the rate at which the security/ management dragged their feet to get my issue resolved.I can only imagine the swiftness that the punishment would have been carried out if I was the offender.

Beautiful unit, spacious, light and airy

A couple of floors up during loadshedding with no backup power supply.

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed and lovely bathrooms. Large balcony with great ocean view and lots of space with a nice big table and chairs plus loungers. Easy access and under cover parking.

No air conditioning. Cleaners arrived at 8:00am for expected check out which is way too early to be reasonable.
