So dark to even notice the accommodation, not clean.

Parking in front of the unit. Makes the car easily accessible. Staff was friendly.

Firstly, the bedding was not clean. The pillowcases were yellowed and stained, which was very disappointing. It was clear that the unit had not been properly maintained. The crockery and cutlery provided were of poor quality, and there was insufficient self-catering equipment available, despite this being advertised. In addition, there were no accessible wall plugs to charge cellphones. One of the beds was missing a foot piece, making it unstable. We had to place a brick underneath the bed in order to level it enough to sleep on it. This was both inconvenient and unacceptable. When we asked whether we could at least be provided with a TV remote, we were informed that the remote had been given to another unit, and therefore none was available for us.
