"Girls weekend away"

The staff are phenomenal. We mostly dealt with Thoko, and she was professional, friendly, and helpful from the time we arrived to our departure. I'm planning to go back with my family and extended family

Housekeeping didn't do a good job after our 1st night. The floors were streaky, possibly because of a dirty mop, and there was a stinsh. The second room we booked had a musty, which we reported, but nothing was done about it, so we all stayed in the other room and used the second room to change.
