Studio loft in the heart of Cape Town

Very centrally located, although the area is noisy and very busy.

Air conditioning was not up to scratch - it was very hot despite a fan and portable air con being provided. Furniture could do with a refresh. The couch was torn.

The security and how centrally it’s located

The building feels and looks like it belongsmto Gotham City. An experience on it’s own. Very secure building with a lot of diligence upon check in with security. Spacious apartment and a quiet one for proper sleep at night. Jerzy, the host did go an extra mile with regular communication around all important aspects

The immediate surrounding is not very inviting to an evening walk but V&A waterfront is only 15 minutes cab ride away

Emplacement parfait en plein cœur du centre-ville, résidence sécurisée, de même pour le parking qui est fourni avec le logement. J'ai apprécié la petite bouteille de vin offerte à notre arrivée ! 😉

En été, le soleil se lève tôt et certaines fenêtres n'ont pas de volets.

The apartment is situated in the characteristic Old Mutual building and offers plenty of space and all we could possibly ask for. The owner is very helpful and was personally there to go through the registration process at check-in.

EVERYTHING. this place certainly felt like a home away from home. Lacked nothing. The host has the apartment fully prepared for his guest...eg mobile wifi, laptop, fridge consists of beverages which is quite usually when checking in late as I did

The host was the best. Always available to answer any queries, gave us great suggestions of places to eat and visit and was very kind in general. he also accomodated us when we arrived super early and provided a mid week cleaning service that was great. The apartment is bigger and nicer than what it seems in the pictures. We loved our stay.

A little issue with the car parking security change but the host was always there to help us with any problems

An amazing stay in the centre of Cape Town, very secure. The flat has everything you need for an excellent stay, including such well thought out extras like a WiFi dongle. The building itself is also beautiful. Jerzy the host was so lovely, meeting us in person for check-in and he even provided a complimentary bottle of wine (such a lovely touch) when we arrived and communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely stay here again as it was far better than being in a hotel and you have access to a pool, a gym and your own secure parking spot.
