Well equipped kitchen. Location. Pleasant and accomodating host. He helped to rectify issues. Spacious enough. Self check in and communication. was good.

Dated. External surroundings can be given more attention.

View of ocean was wonderful. Great location and apartment for a relaxing stay within the apartment, especially open balcony. Getting keys via code system was very easy. Good communication from owner.

Pack light, some stairs to get to apartment from parking, but managable. Note: not a venue issue but some local residents (I assume) hire private security to close off car access to public beach parking, so some (short) walking needed.

Dealing with Dave, the host, and the view.

Dave was an exceptional host and made us feel most welcome. Would definitely stay there again! Saw whales and dolphins from the balcony every day!

Great location, nice little spot close to the beach. Sea view, all you really need for a few days. Bed was super comfortable. Communication with host excellent

Some of the items a bit worse for wear (shower curtain / iron / ironing board) cushions and blanket on outside furniture could do with a wash.

I was upgraded to the breathtaking Seagull apartment with a stunning sea view. Dave was such a wonderful host. His hospitality completely exceeded my expectations and communication was super efficient. Phumi is a gem. She welcomed me with a beautiful smile , love and made my stay so comfy, it felt like my second home. Seagull apartment is a must experience. Listening to the lovely sounds of birds in the morning while watching sunrise from the exclusive deck was amazing. Saying goodbye to this apartment was the hardest word say.
