View was amazing and location is very convenient. The host allowed to leave the luggage during the day as fight back was only in the late evening.

This is a gorgeous quirky apartment in the back garden of a house. Beautiful bedroom with two walls being glass/views over Camps Bay Beach and The Lions Head. Off the bedroom, French doors open on to a terrace with table/chairs, perfect for your morning coffee and admiring the fabulous views. Behind this is another terrace with Sun loungers, table/chairs and a Braii. The main door of the apartment opens into a kitchen/living room, then bedroom. Small bathroom to the right. We had messaged our hosts stating that we had to check out of our prior accommodation by 10, they responded asap. We had asked to drop off our luggage to sight see but they actually allowed us to check in at mid day. We were met, shown around the apartment, how wifi/tv etc worked, doors/locks, local neighbourhood. Later on, checked on again to ensure all was ok for us. Hosts were very attentive throughout our stay. On departure, our flight to London was late evening, they allowed us to stay until we had to take an Uber to the Airport. We were told that even if they had a guest checking in that morning, they would take care of our luggage for us. This is a very bright airy apartment, on a hill overlooking Camps Bay. 5 minutes walk to the Beach/shops/restaurants. We loved it. Have already tried to book for next January but it’s unavailable. I’m guessing they get a lot of repeat business.

Minor, but I normally like a bedroom that’s completely dark until you open the curtains. There are a lot of windows/glass here but being woken by a beautiful sunrise meant I didn’t mind. Nothing to do with the apartment, but be aware, Camps Bay Area has a rule, no takeaway alcohol. We went to the Supermarkets to get dinner and wine, to have on our lovely Terrace. All the shops told us the same thing, nearest supermarket with wine is in Sea Point. Even the Bars wouldn’t sell us alcohol to take away.
