The bed is old very uncomfortable,everything looks old inside it is not how it is in the pictures

The location is accessible.

The couches have marks and a smell. The door looks broken or someone broke into it previously u felt unsafe. I checked in at 15:00 but I only got to be attended an hour later, even then my room was not ready for me and when I got there there was a smell I did not understand. The key I was using ii got it from the cleaning ladies(it did not have a tag) for me to use when using the lift,I had to ask someone to assist me with their tag whenever I went out and back in the apartment. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book at this place, so much unprofessionalism because I spoke to the manager WHO kept on telling me they’ll bring the key to me but I even left before they could even bring it. In a nutshell poor service

cleanliness - poor host communication - poor. I asked for support with some lights or candles to use during load shedding where the unit has no light and got no response or acknowledgement.
