Everything the owner was hands on and communication was on point, welcoming as well.

The network was a bit of a problem but overall we enjoyed staying at Birchwood.

Location and amenities - the owner has gone out of her way to cater for different weathers. We were as comfortable as we would have been at home despite the weather. Blankets, electric blankets and lots of plugs with adapters.

WiFi coverage not reliable - I believe difficult to control as depends on Towers. My teenagers were not impressed even though I personally thought it was good for them.

It has such a beautiful view. It is peaceful and it is great to be close to Clarens. It is safe. Facilities cleaned everyday.
