The quietness. The cleanliness. Friendly service. There is plenty of hot water for showers. Very private. Good entertainment. Netflix, YouTube, and DSTV. Good Wi-Fi.

The living room has no heating so it's very cold.

Nothing really, but bowls to prepare salads or foods are required for a self catering facility, its winter it will not hurt to have a hearter in the apartment

Linen changes and cleaning could have been done more often. No laundry facilities.

Daniel the caretaker was friendly and efficient. He explained all the necessary details regarding exiting the property and functioning of the unit.

2 small maintenance items that need attention. Firstly, the sliding door to the unit didn't lock (we felt safe because there was a security gate), but we would have preferred an entrance door that locks. Secondly, the plug fitting next to the bedroom table with mirror was taped to the wall with Ducktape?
