The location and the stuff

The facilities are abit old and need maitenance ! The wifi is very slow and most of the time it doesnt work.

Very friendly staff and very prompt service.

No electricity for cooking indoors but that seems to be a nationwide problem.

Second time at this place. Friendly and people of integrity. I’m comfortable staying at this place and will always be my first go to place whenever I travel into the town. The place is easy to collect, and staff are very courteous!

The indicated price on my booking online turned out to be different from what I was advised to settle. I think they should be consistency in this area as I ended up paying an extra circa K700 as a result. The price online should be fixed for the duration of booking rather than fluctuating. Though a compromise was reached, this episode was unpleasant for me as I ended paying more than what I had booked initially.

Staff on ground tried their best but owner needs to.provide more oversight than just chase payments

The premise has no.paying machine on premises making payment a nightmare if you don't move with cash. There was no.power so working one needs to go find a place with an invetor. I travel a lot and this was disappointing 😞

The space was neat and clean
