"Good location and good price/value ratio."

Very familiar small apartment hotel in a nice, calm area of Susanj/Bar. Everthing is normal, the rooftop is really nice. But the main “attraction” is the host, Evgenia - she helped me in everithing and SO kind person!

The bathroom is old-fashioned.

"Best place to stay in Bar!"

Evgeniia was so lovely- gave us directions in advance and waited up for us when we were late crossing over from Croatia. She also gave us an upgrade! Screenshots and instructions for getting back to airport

Property is in a nice location and it has everything you need with a terrace overlooking the sea. The host was lovely.

The room where we stayed did not have much natural light.

"Not worth the money"

Okay distance from the beach and a few shops. The shared balcony has a nice view. When it was time for checkout the host said we could leave our luggage at the reception and offered us a bathroom where we could shower after the beach.

The apartment is literally next to the reception , and the so called "balcony" is just a meter away from the main entry where most guests pass trough(this was never disclosed in the apartment description). We could hear the reception desk bell trough the walls, even though it had no real purpose since there was never anybody there , you couldn't even leave your key. Our apartment had mold in the corner which was (obviously) not in the photos.There was 0 cleaning staff and we didn't even get a change of sheets but had to wash them ourselves. The TV had no normal channels, the WiFi was awful , there wasn't even a toilet refresher . Considering the price I personally think that at least the former should have been included.

They were very kind with me and if I come back I would contact them. The room had aircooler that in summer is very important, the room and bathroom was very clean. I very recommend that accommodation. It is a little bit far from center but near has a good restaurants, also a bar near the beach and some shops or supermarkets.
