Location & parking very good , sofa needs an update on room one as uncomfortable , keycode entry was not straightforward as not told to press card lettering with thumb firstly , and spent over an hr calling , with no response & finally shop keeper next door , who had helped other guests also get in show me the right way .

Couch uncomfortable, entry info .

It was great to be back in my favourite room. The room was exactly as I expected, clean with little touches like milk in the fridge and snacks waiting in a basket. This accommodation has been my go-to for quite a while, and it is always nice to come back to.

No real negatives, but if I have to find one, a tea towel to dry the pots would be nice.

Uncomfortable couch, chair and mattress . Only a microwave so no cooking facilities. Walls between apartments so thin that we were disturbed periodically by people walking up and down and conversation. Noise from the adjacent pub one night was intrusive. The distance from the Forehill car park meant carrying cases uphill was hardwork, but the steep staircase to the apartment was even worse!

the owners have utilised the space perfectly. At 20 sq m I expected tiny but was surprised at how much floor space there was to move around and how many features they fitted in by positioning everything around the room edges and not having unnecessary clutter which often happens. the decor colours are modern and tasteful. it was spotless and everything you need . the kitchen is modern with top quality utensils and products and the complimentary tea milk biscuits was a welcome surprise. Also spotless like new. the enclosed cabin bed wasn’t an issue. Because it is king size We just placed the pillows differently using the long wall as the head so we didn’t have to climb over each other for the bathroom in the night … just scooted down to the end of the bed instead. And so comfy! shower room is amazingly spacious modern and spotlessly polished clean. towels provided were good quality and spotless. location is right in the middle of everything. the was no noticeable street noise either. Municipal car park is only round the back and free if you park in the long stay zone (some early morning restrictions you must read to avoid ticket) i would definitely book the room again and for the price you would struggle to get all this anywhere else. entry code worked well (if you key in the right number😞) entrance is modern light and clean. the stairs will be an access issue for some but did not affect us. The host answered all our questions quickly and kindly gave earlier than expected access. oh a funny thing to say that in the night i thought my partner was up and about but it was the guest next door walking in their apartment . it sounded like it was in our room as everything was so quiet. it wasn’t noisy or anything to be concerned about just sound carried through the floorboards. Another reviewer commented on that so i know what they meant now.

Nothing at all to dislike. Okay a coat hook in the entrance would be handy if i have to find any tiny little detail to help.

The flat was very clean and well appointed. For a small space it had everything you could need. The decor was modern and well cared for.

The only minor comment was that there was a noisy group in the flat next door and the walls were very thin

The location was fantastic, the flat was comfortable and clean & exactly as shown. The bathroom was amazing. Our host left us a little care package of water and treats which was very much appreciated. Their communication was clear on what we needed to do and where we could park and was sent to us in a timely manner prior to our arrival.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.
