Bardzo bobra lokalizacja blisko do centrum i na plażę od strony zatoki, do plaży nad Bałtyk około kilometra. Mieszkanie idealne dla pary, dla większej ilości osób niebyt komfortowe. Łóżko w salonie kompletnie niewygodne do spania. Kuchnia wyposażona (mała lodówka, płyta, czajnik, mikrofala) naczynia i sztućce, jest ściereczka i ręcznik papierowy. Wszystko co potrzeba, dla 2 osób, dla większej ilości osób trochę za mało. Telewizor (chyba 21') z Netflix. Dostępny parking pod budynkiem, mieszkanie na parterze, ale poprzez kilka schodków na klatkę nie polecane dla osób niepełnosprawnych ruchowo.

Mieszkanie ma kilka mankamentów do poprawy (np. wypadająca klamka w toalecie), i byłoby dobre za max 130 zł od osoby za dobę (cena poza sezonem) a nie 175 zł/os./doba.
