Andreia gave us detailed information about self check-in. The apartment is clean and the kitchen well equipped. Our baby had a lot of space to crawl and his own cot. The view is just great. Very good value for the money. We were more than happy with this apartment.

Right under the window is a bar and a restaurant, but they are closing around 11pm. You can hear the neighbours through the wall/ceiling, but at night it was quiet. As mentioned before great value for the money.

The location was great, near restaurants and Luz is calm place to stay in. I liked that we had everything we needed in the apartment for the very budgetary price comparing to other options. I missed the terrace but we had good view on the ocean from the salon/kitchen room.

It is old apartment so there is specific smell and the bathroom is pretty small.

Very very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, in a very nice location. I would totally recommend it to anyone ☺️

It's located above a restaurant, so it can be kinda noisy in the evening, but it stops around 23:00.

Located near the water in this lovely little town was great. The view from the one livingroom window of the water over some rooftops was ok. Sunsets in late Feb are still too far north to see them from this apartment. The rooms are large except the kitchen. Quiet area at night in Feb, but lots of construction going on in the area during the day.

First thing I didn't like was the kitchen. Very run down, with the cupboards not closing, teflon coming off the non stick pan, and no sharp knives. Very little counter space, a coffee maker that takes some weird coffee pod, in a poorly lit corner of the living space. Second thing I didn't like was when we had to change the gas tank cause there was no hot water. Luckily we knew it was in the cupboard near the front door and how to change it. My husband didn't like having to do it when he was wet and wrapped in a couple of towels, having been the one to find out we had no hot water! Third thing I didn't like was the lack of instructions. We got the instructions accessing the apartment on the day we arrived in Luz, which was fine, and we got in the front door to the apartment easily. The door to the apartment was another story and we had to ask for instructions on opening the lock. Inside we found the wifi code but no other instructions. Again I contacted the "number" and asked about using the tv and the brand new coffee maker. I was told there were manuals for these devices that I could read of they could come over and show us. We declined the offer to come over and I don't think they liked my suggestion of a folder with a few written instructions on how to use the electronics. Lastly I have a suggestion, in case someone actually reads this... The main bedroom is huge with nothing but a twin bed and side tables. A king size bed would be fantastic with a couch and small table to put your toiletries on.
