Rother Praia da Luz Luxury Apartment

Apartment was very spacious, with great facilities including air-conditioning in each room. The apartment stayed quite cool even with the AC off. The kitchen had some lovely extra touches including a large airfryer, lots of tupperware and lota of plastic bowls/plates/cups for kids. The shared pool area is brilliant, and we loved the playground also. There was always ample parking outside. Lots of towels, sheets and pillows.

As we were on the ground floor, the apartment could be quite noisy with the main entry gate slamming shut each time it is opened. We had a buggy, and while the apartment complex has an elevator, you had to climb steps to get to it - so we had to carry the buggy up and down a few steps each day. Definitely not a deal breaker but worth mentioning for any other families.

Wonderful stay, great apartment with everything you would need away from home. Fantastic location too, and two balconies. Only negatives were the hand towels smelt musty and double bed could do with a topper as super firm. Saying all this would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very modern and well equipped. Everything you need for your holiday is available at the property. We are a family of 4 and enjoyed that there are two bathrooms. The apartment has two balconies. The bigger one can be accessed from both bedrooms. The other balcony is next to the kitchen and living room and we enjoyed breakfast there. Sun is getting there around 11am winter time. The location is great only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We recommend staying there and will come back again.

The room was late being cleaned, I had to contact the owner to arrange. But once I did the cleaners were on site within 15 mins and did a great job.

I have stayed here before and will do again. The apartment has everything you need from the well stocked kitchen utensils/pans etc to the very comfortable living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. It was very clean.

Only 1 issue for me and that is the comfort of the outside furniture. The front patio has a small table with 4 chairs but only 2 cushion, this year i stayed with one friend so no issue but next year i want to stay with my 3 sister. Likewise the large back balcony is a super size and nice to sit out on in the evenings, but there are only 2 sunbeds! There is a basic rattan seating set, which is fine for a holiday, but there are no proper cushions. The two seater had a single chari cushion spread across it and the two single chairs had just a seat cushion, these were stained and so we did not sit on them. I have raised this with the owner as it is the only negative, but if you enjoy sitting out it is a big one.

It was equipped with everything you needed for your stay and the location was excellent.
