The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the location is ideal and the view is spectacular.

Could have done with an English channel on the TV if only a news programme.

Amazing sea view from corner of 2nd floor appartment, lifts and darling at back both the bedroom and lounge balconies. Great pools, adults and children’s pool lots of sun beds within the rear gated gardens area which were lovely and peaceful in May . Short stroll downhill to the sandy beach plenty of places to eat out we mainly cooked ourselves

The bed was too hard but the owners arranged for a soft bed topper when we asked 😊 they do empty the bins during the night but after a while we slept through as they were only there around 10 mins nothing was too much trouble Sophia who showed us in was lovely, to make it 10/10 be nice to have some new cutlery and new sofa in place of futon, fridge door changed over and oven door fixed but honestly such great value for money would definitely come back

Sitting on one of the two balconies sipping a beer and watching the sun glitter on the sea was a great way to rest after my Rota Vicentina trek. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need including a cool corkscrew. Nathalie was easy to deal with and Helena very helpful and welcoming at the apartment and on hand via WhatsApp if you've any questions. The pool area was lovely and the appt a short walk from the centre of Luz and the beach. Plus the ATM, supermarket, bike rental and cafe all very close by so everything you need is right there. If the owners ever want to sell I want to be top of the queue to buy this!

The wi-fi could be patchy and it would have been nice to have the satellite channels activated on the TV.

The main door locks at the property were broken, and even staff was struggling to open. Every time we go out, we struggle a lot to close and open.

Loved the views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice

That we needed to pay an additional 25 euros as we arrived after 8pm it wasn’t stated when we booked.
