Exceptional value for the mid tier price we paid. The rooms were nicely renovated and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The room was clean and well maintained, and the facility overall was nicely kept. The host is very charismatic and welcoming, as he made sure we were comfortable and provided us with local recommendations. The location was also amazing, as we had a spectacular postcard view from the balcony over the iconic white Caldea houses of Oia and the island’s bay. It was also amazing quick 5 minute walk from the centre of Oia, and had plenty of restaurants and stores just a few steps outside.

The terraces were great, Giannis was helpful, caring and had great suggestions. He can also make an awesome coffee/breakfast, so take him up on it!

The shower is small and things in the bathroom can get wet; however, it’s a Greek stone bathroom, so still kind of an experience. Don’t climb or stand on anything rooftop balcony related for pictures. It’s dangerous and the owner cares enough to be worried about you.

Nothing was too bad, if something to say it would only be that the toilet lacks lights. But was said, nothing too bad.

The villa is on the main street with amazing view to the sea and caldera The room is simple but good, the bed is super comfy. There is a mini market next to the villa. John is very helpful and Buddy is a super sweet young dachshund. I wish to come back. Oia is incredible and really looks like a fairy tale.. I highly recommend this place.

The shower iarea is small.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – right on the main street and just a short walk to all the most popular places in Oia. There was even a shop directly across the street, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – both the owner and the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms made us feel very welcome. They gave us great recommendations and really went out of their way to help us during our stay. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely perfect. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. They did everything in their power and MORE to go above and beyond for me. Truly made this solo traveler feel welcome. Also the location is perfect

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
