Unbeatable location on quiet side street, just a 100 metres from the seafront. Really well designed and equipped apartment with spacious balcony. Excellent kitchen and utensils. Staff friendly. Had a lovely time.

close to the beach and walking distance to two restaurant strips, local bus stop and Rion Fortess, we didn’t have a car but found it easy walking everywhere even into the town centre.

Apartment manager was really patient and understanding. Really quite and private place (accept in the morning, because of the dogs). Hospitality in high class - you will almost everything you need for a short stay, starting from chemicals to small kitchen equipment. The small notes on the fridge for the food delivery was really nice and attentive.

Manager wasn't speaking with the guest in English at all. Due to my late arrival and carnival festival situation, I got to know that manager was waiting from 14h, when I reassured that from 15-16h only I will be at the apartment. Couldn't manage to find any WIFI or information on booking about it. Outside of the balcony lights where broken. Apartment is really far from Patras in my point of view. Not recommending it for a festival period.
