The unit was in a good location, close to most amenities. It was neat and comfortable.

Need better curtains or blinds as it was very bright early in the morning - no sleeping in there! The pathways around the unit could do with a good clean as they were dirty and full of moss which was slippery.

Location, the DSTV and TV, air conditioning, gas braai, shower was great, utensils and kitchen was really nice.

Dinner at hotel was very good. The actual unit was clean, comfortable and had everything one could need. The cleaning lady was very friendly and efficient. Loved the abundant wildlife even though the monkeys are a bit of a problem. The resort grounds are kept immaculate and clean. The convenience store is well stocked with just about everything you might need. The relaxed and quiet atmosphere ensured we left feeling rejuvenated.

The male on duty at reception was friendly but very slow and incompetent. We were the only guests checking in at the time and yet waited over 30 min for the keys. Breakfast buffet at hotel lacked variety and was very expensive for what was on offer, also half of the choices were finished and not replenished even though we were there early for breakfast. Numbering of units a bit confusing and because of the incompetence of the guy at reception we were sent on a wild goose chase looking for our unit. Eventually found it nowhere near where he drew it on the map. Loadshedding really should be better catered for in the unit.
