The neatness of the cottage

The exit from the drive way into the street. Couldn't see oncoming traffic from the left side clearly

The location was the best. When in comes to breakfast, we provided our own since the kitchen fully equipped. The only thing that was missing, was the cleaning lady to avail herself to tidying the rooms, especially making beds and tidying the kitchen.

Not cleaning/tidying the rooms during our stay. Also, I was not happy with the fact we had to wash the dishes before we checked out. I have never had of such.

Location was great for our purpose

The cottage was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy lounge. Its convenient location near local shops and attractions made it easy to explore. The peaceful garden and BBQ facilities were a nice touch, and the fast Wi-Fi and private parking added to the overall convenience. It was the perfect place to relax and prepare for my graduation—highly recommended!

The property proved privacy in quite suburb and it had all the things I expected to get from the property. Most importantly, Mr van der Westhuizen was very accommodative to my request for a late check-out as I had a a virtual meeting on the check out date and was scheduled to end at 12:00.

The décor as well as all the utensils and furniture was exceptional. Well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated.

Good location close to university. Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated cottage.

We did not feel welcome. It was quite difficult to access the property. We eventually had to hoot to get attention. The unfriendly man opened the gate telling us that he has to move cars before we can enter the property. After we entered he asked us if we got the keys in the post box - we weren’t informed beforehand that we had to look for keys there. It was 17:00 (we arranged beforehand for arrival between 16:00 and 17:00). He told us that he will put the geyser on. Why wasn’t it on already? We wanted to take a shower then. When we left the man came to ask what our names were and whether we were the guests who cancelled our accommodation. Why?
