17 Stella Maris Seaside @ Van's

The location was central and the building is well looked after. The unit is nice and spacious with a lovely patch of grass out front with a sea view. The main bathroom and shower is lovely, the second bathroom only has a bath. Both bath and swimming towels were provided. The well-appointed kitchen served us well. Easy access to the beach and a swimming pool. Basement parking was provided for my car. Security and staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a pan in the oven with old food in it that hadn't been cleaned. The crockery in the kitchen cupboards weren't cleaned well. There was leftover food in the fridge and it needed a clean. There wash dishwashing liquid but no cleaning fluids. There was only one remote control for both tvs. The windows in the second bedroom don't lock.

The room was not so clean, carpets and linen smelling terrible.

Place was neat an tidy spacious room lovely set up vacation enjoyed

The cleanliness was bad....stuffy....lot of scrap materials on cupboards....had to fix bathroom light and some on sitting room not worling using portable lights
