Our initial confirmed booking for Eden on the Bay was canceled around 3 weeks before as the owner had decided to do some maintenance, but alternative accommodation was offered by Loren which was really nice and comfortable and better than the initial accommodation booked.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ian helped with my bags and to get me to the unit. The communication was excellent and the unit was well maintained. Super important to me. They even helped me locate and retrieve missing items I left behind. Team of superstars. On the day of checkout, the housekeeping ladies assisted with my bags too. So friendly also

Can't fault anything. The only snag was the plug points behind the pedestal were hard to access for charging devices/hair iron. Not a big issue at all, just a little awkward
