Everything were nice even the lady who took us to the unit Pam

We thought the WiFi is available but there were no WiFi available

A large apartment with secure underground parking. This was booked at very short notice due to being let down by another property The booking and key collection was very easy and the property agent met us shortly after we arrived to show us how everything worked - he was very helpful. Well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and huge lounge. The balcony is furnished and very enjoyable for relaxing

The information booklet explains that you are not allowed to hang washing on the balcony - a rule of the property - even though there was a great washing line in place and pegs available. We chose to use the clothes airer which unfortuntely has several bars missing. The bathroom seemed to have a permanent puddle in the centre of the floor.

The apartment was very spacious and beautiful, and also situated in a very amazing area with exceptional view

Please fix the leak on the toilet, it's really not nice to be moping up the floor after every toilet flush

This was for a quick work trip to Plett. Perfect location with restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Spacious and clean with everything you need for a long stay

The location and the size of the place was great. Was very easy to find and walking distance to the beach. The facilities in the apartment were great.

Not a huge deal as we came right but the check-in process was a problem. The contact given to us to allow us access to the property was unreachable. We had to access the property by going through the exit gates as one of the local residents exited the complex.
