Incredibly hot in the bedrooms, the fans supplied were not adequate and the ceiling fans were rattling terribly. The main bedroom had an aircon which was great.

The location and it was very very comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was that it had a gas BBQ, we would have preferred a Weber.

Very close to the beach. Lovely swimming pool to use. Everything is reachable by a brisk walk, checkers, promenade, liquor store, etc. Partial sea view from the balcony. Lovely aircon in the main bedroom. Neat and clean. :) Daily servicing of the apartment. Overall a really nice place.

A bit of a tight restriction on noise tolerance all around the flat and swimmingpool. Wouldnt be a problem for a mature family group, not ideal for a group of party friends or kids(swimmingpool noise). But that is the only probable problem anyone could encounter. :)

Had a wonderful stay at 19 Tontiki. Unit is clean and with the small extras making it a very pleasant stay. Host was very helpful and responded quick with info needed. Will definitely like to visit in future again.

Ease of access to the beach was good

the lights from the carpark and pool area at night which affected sleep
