17 The Dune Jeffreys Bay

Close to the beach, safe, spacious, clean accommodation.

Although I did advise the host well in advance of our time of arrival, the host was late to meet us and hand over the keys, with no apology. Host still had to pack away washing. She gave us rusks, there were sugar and milk, but no coffee or tea? TV remote did not have batteries. No load shedding lights were charged, luckily we had no load shedding. Main bedroom bedside lamps were not plugged in, had to move bed and headboard to reach the plug - electric cables are too short. No mirror in the smaller rooms.

The facilities were great, lovely apartment. Irene was very friendly

The pillows were hard and the rooms lack mirrors and a place to put make up etc

The lady that met us was helpful & knew the area well. Our stay was very comfortable and the accommodation was clean. We loved the view over the sea and the balcony was a welcome addition - we felt sad for the owners as seemingly the neighbour next door has every intention to build right onto the boundary line and that will impact the view - what a shame.

I minor point was the fact that there was no mirror in the middle bedroom.

Big shout-out to our host! From the first moment we arrived, everything was well organised. The location is excellent for all planned activities and ideal for families. The view will blow you away, and make sure to say hello to the passing dolphins. Safe and secure parking. Has a great walkway to the beach. The apartment was well equipped. Thank you for a memorable stay.
