Cleanliness, view, location - a superb place and stay.

Missing hairdryer

My wife and family stayed at the facility. She could not stop raving about there host, apartment and view So I think it is fair to say my wife enjoyed her stay.

My wife said the bathroom needs a deep clean there was some mold issues.

Very quiet, perfect location, very clean and perfect for a family vacation.

Really amazing place. Walking distance from the beach and Eden on the Bay which has a variety of shops and restaurants. Nadia who who manages the property was friendly and helpful and always available when we had questions. Will most definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

The apartment is a bit drafty, and we unfortunately experienced cold weather whilst in Cape Town so the apartment was a little bit cold.

Beautiful views from the balcony. 2 minutes walk to beach. Safe parking. Neat and clean with everything available that is needed.

I wasn't made aware of the process to collect the key from the host. I thought i'll collect at reception (like you do at a hotel); however the watsapp correspondence with host was fantastic and i was attended to immediately. No hassles.

The apartment was clean and had a wonderful view of table Mountain. Well situated and secure. Close to restaurants and well looked after. We enjoy the apartment itself.

A late checkin fee was not disclosed up until the time you paid. After payment the host had quite an elaborate scale for a late check in. No problem paying a fee if it is known before you pay a non refundable booking. We were a few hours late due to the flight into Cape Town. R2000 was asked for a breakage deposit but no inventory list was provided so you are at risk that the host could indicate something is broken or missing when it was never there. The deposit was asked for 3 times in each message and we did not enjoy the checkin and check out process. One of the less smooth experiences we have had.
