"It was one of the best and amazing stay in Durban."

We liked the fact that its clean, sound proofed and enough kitchen utensils. It was a walking distance to the beach. In terms of communication everything was sent to us prior. The housekeeping lady Khanyo was amazing, she is soo welcoming and very much respectful. God bless her🙏🏾

I didn’t like the fact that we only communicate with Timmy when we need assistance and clarity on certain things, her response is not prompt. It is like she forgets that she has guests. I also found it inconvenient for us not being provided with proper pap making utensils.( hart pop and our African wooden spoons). It will be nice if the scullery window was operational.

The interior decoration was beautiful. I took for tips for my home. I liked the kitchen, it was beautiful. Towels were galore, lost count of them. The dishes are on top standard. Oh this place is beautiful, I enjoyed my stay.

I did not receive the welcome fruits platter as indicated on my booking confirmation. When I asked Tammy, she said they do not prepare fruit platter to guests who spend one night at the apartment. I mean really? Am I not important as someone who booked for 5 nights.
