It was spacious, clean and is very modern.

They complain even about the slightest noise and hot water is only available for one person.

Didn't even get to go, I paid for the booking and there after was told to pay an additional R3500 for breakage deposit. No refund if you cancel and was also told I can't have vistors and I should provide all names and number for the who will be accomdated and they will be given codes to enter. All these rules and the deposits are only mentioned after the booking was already paid for.

The property was clean and beautiful.

The gate at the parking lot was not working we had to wait for it to be opened for us. We were not previously informed that it wasn’t working.

"Very Good"

The apartment aesthetics were really nice and well-decorated on the inside. The outdoor patio was also spacious and perfect for sitting out and relaxing. However, the second and third bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms, were quite small and may not be suitable for a family stay. Additionally, we had a disappointing experience with the evening security staff at the reception, who was unnecessarily rude and argumentative without any reason.

There was no water supply in the morning, and the lady who was coordinating our check-in stopped responding to our calls and WhatsApp messages when we reached out for help. We were left completely unattended and had no choice but to check out, feeling extremely disappointed.
