Facilities were excellent. A lovely clean studio. Very secure and centrally locaed. Only 100 m to beach and restaurants.

Having no view was slightly disappointing but all the good points quickly overcame that.

I have had a fantastic stay at this property and it exceeded my every expectation. Brilliantly located with parking within the complex. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is large, well appointed, immaculately clean and very well equipped with all of the little bits that I like such as icemaker, Nespresso machine, Netflix for those nights in, great shower, lots of towels, and so on. Thank you to Sarah for impeccable communication in handing over the keys and also organising the departure arrangements. There is 24-hour security patrolling within the gated complex so you feel very safe and secure, not that you need to worry too much but it's best to be on the safe side. There is a supermarket within 30 seconds walk There are at least 10 restaurants within 1 minute walk Very comfortable bed and top quality bedding as well which is always worth mentioning as some places skimp I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Cape Town which will be soon. Thank you to Tommy & Sarah for impeccable communication and also working with me when I had to adjust some of my dates

The deco is in my alley, so pretty and boho. I loved the space a lot.

Pool side is on the other side

Amazing first stop. Relaxed feel & the host was very welcoming. Great location highly recommend staying.
