The size of the house/rooms and location of the venue. The room. Was very clean as well

The constant reminder of paying the deposit fee before arrival at the venue and the condition of the parking area and reception area wasn't looking good

At least the Manager tried to get us comfortable but it was not the best idea and he was very quick to replace some remotes but since we waited TV to play but nothing until we left,..... there's a lot but I'm out of words

Almost everything,the Property is quick to get paid and demand more after the Cancellation duration has passed, even there were some roaches and the TV is not working,my family was even bored and there is "no smoking" policy but our next door neighbor was heavily smoking.
