Beautifully decorated and clean. Everything you could possibly need was available. Wonderful host with recommendations on where to go. Loved the birds and of course Peppa the dog.

Beautiful setting , close to town but far enough away to not have R62 traffic noise, even though walking distance Comfortable and cozy beds with electric blankets, Netflix TV , coffee ,tea,rusks and fruit supplied .Secure parking Every detail well thought out and charming. We will be back !!

Our friendly host communicated clearly and timeously. She clearly has put thought into every detail: The apartment is furnished with care and consideration, and the space is welcoming and comfortable. Birdsong's setting in the charming village of Barrydale makes it ideal for a country escape within relatively easy reach of Cape Town. We found the experience restorative and relaxing, yet there is lots to do and see in the vicinity, whether you're exploring on foot or cycling, or taking trips further out by car.
