Sunset Heights

The unit was exellent in space, decor and catered to all our needs for the weekend. Had a beautiful view and the place is secure, safe and near to other ameneties such as the mall and most importantly the the national park.

There is hardly anything we can think of apart from the stairs but that was our own unfitness, lol.

Host was very friendly. Place was perfect,just what we needed. Very clean and spacious. Will definitely go again.

We had to pay R600 for cleaning, yet the place was dirty and smelly – something I certainly did not expect. The freezer was leaking water, which left us with a wet kitchen every morning. The bathroom door got stuck every time my 76-year-old mother used it, which made her panic, and the en-suite door is faulty and felt like it might come off at any moment. As you will also notice, the ceiling, floor, and blinds were very dirty, and the barstools were in the same condition. Nowhere on the website did I see any mention that the unit is on the first floor with very steep stairs – an important detail considering my mother’s age. When we went out for dinner and returned, the smell inside was so bad that I had to open all the windows at night to try and air the apartment, but I still suffered an allergic reaction. Lastly, the double bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not my idea of a pleasant stay.

Perfect in and out spot, very good view to watch the Sunset.

The toilet no key or lock for us to use is not for chines usage.

People are very friendly and kind. Very helpful when you arrive.

We like everything, nothing we did not like.
