time for check in the host was not there I had to wait,loadshedding I had to take stairs to 4th floor.the was no dish cloth as it is self catering,no hand wash on bathroom even body wash 😡

The TV was decent and view was okay.

When I first arrived, I had to wait almost an hour to be attended to and checked in. The guy checking us in was not helpful at all and in no way assisted us, gave me the keys without the tag downstairs and left, did not even say what apartment I’m in. Got to the apartment and the toilet was not flushing not working at all, asked to be to be moved and it took another hour to be assisted. Staff could do way better.

The distant view of the Harbour and ocean was pleasant. The immediate view of the railway lines is an eye sore.

The apartment was ill prepared for guests and not properly cleaned.The host unhelpful, made promises that he didn't intend to keep and he wanted us to complain to booking.com. No toilet paper, no coffees or teas, not sufficient Crockery and cooking utensils. The most unwelcome guests were the cockcroaches. Two hard plastic chairs for TV watching. You cldnt watch from the bed either, as the TV cld not pivot that far. Not a pleasant stay at all.
