"An awesome getaway"

The staff were lovely and the unit has everything you need to ensure a great stay. I love the location, very central and safe

We could only check in at 3:30pm as the unit wasn't ready yet. 4 appliances weren't working, but we managed to fix 2 and the staff replaced the other 2 for us the next day. Besides these little hiccups, the rest of the stay was amazing.

The place was clean and very comfortable.

The facility on booking.com shows two bedrooms but the second bedroom was locked. The add on booking.com.is misleading and should state that only one bedroom is available when you book for only two persons. An additional fee is required if each person wants to use a seperate bedroom.

After sending the below to the owner, we did not ever receive so much as an apology. We had quite a disappointing stay. 1- shower drains are blocked. 2- shower in the main bedroom is broken ( the door and the showerhead) 3- on the first night we were told to move our car from parking 11 to a V parking and the workers woke us up this moring before 8 to move our car. ( so we did not have the opportunity to sleep in as we are on holiday) 4- I am pregnant and wanted to take a nap at 2 but with the maintenance being done it was impossible. They are working directly on the unit, drilling into the actual unit wall. 5- we could not enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony as the workers was already working outside and made us feel very uncomfortable as they would stair at us. 6- check in time was at 3 but when we got there the cleaner was still busy and did not want to give us the key. 7- this morning 9:30 the cleaner just walked into the house without asking and started cleaning while we were still busy. If im not mistaking the checkout was at 10:00 ? 8- with the maintenance being done they flooded the balcony in front with water and made it such a hazard for a pregnant woman to walk there
