wifi was not working and there were no pots

1. There was no one to meet me on arrival at the check in time to let me into the property or handover the keys and the contact number and email was not responded to (even up to today, 5 days later!). 2. I had to trace the chairman of the body corporate to locate the owner (who was residing on the same premises). 3. The Property was then only ready for occupation 2,5 hours after the check in time (As per the owner: "Due to housekeeping still cleaning and preparing the room"). 4. Although the wifi access code was provided, it was offline and not operational during the entire stay. 5. The owner was very pleasant and apologetic, I was not even offered a later check out time due to the inconvenience or any other recompense or amends.

The place is nice and cozy,the location is great t min from the beach there are stores and restaurants around .and I love the fact that it is still new.enjoyed my stay if I have to go to PE again I will definitely use them again.
