Location and a balcony with stunning view. You are in a spot of all happening and just a 2 min from a walk covered with pine trees 🌲.

If you are not fan of the wind, better ask for lower floors. Note that the washing machine is not available.

Beautiful view, excellent location, well equipped clean apartment

The location was excellent and the apartment was well stocked and clean.

The bathroom was very old fashioned.

Seaview, AC, proximity to everything you need (beach, ice cream shop, wine bar, store, bakery, catamaran), central and easy to find. Never stayed at a place before where the pictures correspond identically to the place. Super well kept and clean! Lovely to walk into a cool space after arriving - much appreciated. Great info on how to find the office and lovely you don’t have to walk far from the office once you check in.

The noise from the street becomes a bit much during the night when staying with small children (meaning if you’re busy all day taking care of baby/toddler and need your rest). It is especially the petrol station and the train taking people back and forth to the golden horn and the club/nightlife there that made the most noise even though we stayed there during the weekdays. The balcony is excellent and a suggestion for improvement would be to install a parasol so one could sit and enjoy breakfast there. It gets super hot even around 8 AM, and could be great to sit in the shade and enjoy the view. Could also have some basic things such as salt, pepper, oil for guests. No reason all guests should be buying these basic necessities for cooking. A bit outdated furniture that could benefit from an update.

Nice hosts, easy check in and out, let us check in when we arrived as room ready, and looked after our bags after we checked out. Apartment was better than expected, and very good value for money! Very comfy bed and nice bathroom and rooms, spacious. To make the stay even better: Air conditioner was modern and effective, but outside of the bedroom (if that matters to you). Could have had a couple of spices/kitchen supplies to go with the ample kitchen utilities. These are not at all dislikes so I am leaving the dislike area blank.
