The Location of property and cleaning was good

Temperature of the room was not good actually was cold , they informed after I booked in 45 minutes it will be warm but i could not go out from bed because room was cold. The strange point there is no controller for heating system you can not adjust it, landlord control from their phone. Rest of the conditions was good but this is important from my side
