"Exceptional"

Lovely place great setting only there for 4 nights (working)

The only bad thing I can say is the water pressure was a bit low for the shower but it's something small considering how great the flat was

Great location for visiting Eden project and Charles town close to beaches and walks The property was generally clean could have done with a wipe down in the oven and cupboards All facilities in property

Nothing really as property was very well equipped If I was being picky the shower could have done with an update but not really an issue

"Wonderful Stay"

Spacey, comfortable flat. Very close to the Eden Project. Local shops were very close. Great apartment to explore Cornwall from. Best of all, Matthew was very attentive and on-hand to make this a relaxed stay.

"Lovely apartment."

This was a lovely bright apartment. Tastefully furnished around honey and bees. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer as well as the usual kettle, toaster etc. There was good parking. The heating was excellent. It made a very comfortable base to explore from.

This was a first floor apartment so there were stairs to access it. Unfortunately the view was not good.

Lovely two bedroom apartment fully equipped with everything one could need. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting beaches etc.

I don’t usually rate anything, especially when extra questions pop up. Hence I’ll finish shortly

The bath/ shower could do with improvement. I would have liked a rail to hold onto, halfway along the wall for safety.

Stay place felt as home. Self manageable. Calm neighborhood. Host gave all information and followed-up via email constantly.

"Perfect apartment for your Cornish break!"

The photos don’t do the apartment justice! Light, clean, spacious, modern and a place we really didn’t want to leave after our mini break! The beds were so comfy, parking for 2 cars and every facility we would need including hairdryer, freeview and washing machine! The location was amazing too and a short walk to Par Beach which was stunning. We can’t wait to return again in the future!

We don’t have anything bad to say about this place!
