"To be avoided!"

Only good point is location

The bedroom has no window and the property has severe water infiltration. There was water on the floor in the bedroom. The owner tried finding explanation that it’s from the shower or because of the rain…irrespective of the reason, it’s not a normal situation to have infiltrations in the bedroom and it’s not safe at all for guests’ health

"Fantastisch voor 3 nachten"

Dicht bij centrum en op 2 minuutjes wandelen van supermarkt. Wegens koude buitentemperaturen en regen waren we genoodzaakt de verwarming aan te zetten. Dat ging vlot en we waren blij met de goede verwarming. Top!

Klein aardappelmesje hadden we mee. De schaar kon iets beter.

De locatie is top! Je hebt alles voorhanden in de studio dat je nodig hebt. Goed bed, goeie douche.

Lawaaierige frigo toch wel. En de wc bril die loshangt, minder leuk als je erop zit en wegschuift 😉

"Geschikt voor een kort verblijf"

De studio ligt aan een rustige straat waar je gratis kan parkeren. Het centrum van Spa ligt op ongeveer 15 min. te voet. Het is niet echt een vakantiehuis, maar geschikt voor een kort verblijf. De woonkamer is ruim en het bed comfortabel. De kleine badkamer beschikt over een douche die prima werkt.

Er hangt een vervelende rioolgeur, die ook na verluchting niet wegging. De keuken is aan vernieuwing toe.

La proximité du Centre, d'un supermarché et la facilité de parking

Manque une tringle, pas d'espace pour ranger les vêtements. Pas de support pour suspendre les vêtements dans la salle de bains.
