Studio Colette - Spa Centre

Great value, clean and tidy in a good location.

Well equipped single room flat close to the centre of Spa. Ideally located for Spa circuit or WW2 battlefield visits. Ideal if you are happy to self cater and go prepared. Lidl and other supermarkets within a short distance. Bed linin and towels were provided, although I did bring my own. Flat was very clean and the instructions to gain entry also clear. Good communication with the flat owner regarding arrival and departure times. Offstreet parking also a real bonus. Would happily book the same accomodation again. Many thanks.

LOCATION: Unbeatable-The studio is in the city centre (yet away from noise) and is just beside the Gare de Spa. EASE OF CHECKIN/CHECKOUT: Instructions from the owner has been smooth, clear and prompt. FACILITIES: The property is well-maintained, clean & complete kitchen, all functional and provided for from towels, sheets etc. Overall delivered the good value for money on a holiday trip. PARKING: Available and included. However during our stay, there were some works but we found plenty in front of the property, so no issues.

We still manage to boil water on the pots (not a big deal) but it would be nice indeed, if there is a kettle/boiler. But I emphasise that this is not a reason NOT to like and choose this property. It is one of the best in Spa!

Fabulous location, short walk to centre of Spa for restaurants and sights. Perfect location for F1 grand prix. Think price was rather expensive for our short stay but put that down to it being the F1 weekend so was expected. Property was clean, had a well equipped kitchen. It was comfortable for 3 people but the bathroom had no doorway so not private. It was fine since we were a family.

Very well situated. The studio was clean and with windows shut very quiet despite being next to a roundabout.
