"Perfect!"

I would highly recommend this place due to the great location and accessibility to the train station, spa therma, and Princess Clementine, one of the beautiful hiking routes of Spa. The owner was so kind, and everything was clean and comfortable.

"Knusse ruimte met gelukkig alternatief bed ook beneden"

Fijne locatie op loopafstand van centrum en therme met gratis parkeren voor de deur. Beschikking over eigen ruimte en keuken. Uiteindelijk werd het warm qua temperatuur en met luchten verdween de muffe geur. Gratis koffiebon voor ontbijt bij lekkere bakker (Little Arthur). Verhouding met vergelijkbaar aanbod in de buurt leek ok. Uitschuifbaar bedbank beneden was fijn dat die er was. Sliep gelukkig veel beter (matras harder of beter passend bij lattenbodem).

Bed boven was vreselijk om in de slapen. Matras veel te zacht voor het bed en zakt hierdoor door. Let op eigen lakens mee te nemen! Geur was muf en temperatuur lastig te reguleren. Boven vrij warm en ‘s nachts vrij koud (in januari). Wifi en daaraan gekoppeld tv werkte beperkt. Soms geen internet verbinding te maken (DNS foutmelding). Warm water bij badkamer wasbak duurde lang tot die warm werd (lange leiding?).

"Super, ik zou het zeker nog een keer bezoeken!"

De locatie en het contact met de eigenaar was super! Erg netjes en alles was goed geregeld.

1 verbeterpunt; graag zien we een houder voor de douchekop. Deze moesten we in de hand houden tijdens het douchen en dat is niet heel handig.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la maison avec le centre ville. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue.

Matelas au confort relatif et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables Manque un rideau ou une paroi de douche Absence de volets et de rideaux occultants dans la chambre et le salon pour la nuit …

"Disappointing"

Location. Parking was easy.

We didn't realise that it was extra for, towels, pillow cases and sheets. Certainly the first place anywhere in the world where I needed to bring those items. Very disappointing.
