La localisation du logement est au centre de Spa et son aménagement est de goût.

Le logement est référencé comme disposant de deux chambres alors que tel n'est pas tout à fait le cas. Il faut passer par le coin à dormir pour aller à la salle de bains. Il s'agit plus d'un logement avec une chambre et un coin à dormir.

Knus, gezellig huisje, dichtbij het centrum. Vriendelijke gastvrouw tijdens de communicatie.

Beneden geen hinder van de treinen. Boven helaas wel. Het was dus beter andersom geweest
