I have canceled my booking directly after booking it on booking.com we went to the place to ask if they know if the unit was still available a security said if it is available on booking.com we should book it. We then proceeded to book but when I wanted to complete the booking the rooms was already taken. The money went out and booking.com is still trying to get the refund for me. When I phoned the property the person in charge spoke to me and he was so rude and so disrespectful towards me. I asked nicely please can he refund us the entire booking.com was confused as dates showed available and then it was not available. He refuses to refund us saying that it's our problem and we made him loose a booking for that day. Seems like he is running after the money. I am very very disappointed. Don't ever go to this place or even think to talk to the manager he is so rude and didn't even give me a change to explain my side of the story.

"Shocking customer service and communication from host/owner."

Communication with host absolutely shocking. Five emails and many phone calls and messages left on cell phone querying check in details with no response at all from host/owner. Day of check arrived at property 3pm and there was no access to property. 4pm on day of access received checkin details via WhatsApp. First communication from a very rude and disrespectful host/owner.

Do not recommend.

The owner of the property told me he had a gyser problem at the property I booked,and booked me in another property which was a dump site. I was very disappointed
