"Poor communication"

We arrived at check in at the place was a mess. The housekeeper arrived shortly after we took the key out the lockbox. I explained to Cameron that we needed to check in at 3pm due to an event we are attending. I further asked him to please accept the refund on booking.com as we will not be staying. Booking.com is unfortunately unable to refund us until Cameron accepts the refund on his side. Till this day I haven’t received any call or response back to my message on WhatsApp. So disappointed and hope to receive my refund.
