It created an atmosphere of a Home feel away from home and luxury stay

Nothing relating to the apartment itself but the property will require easy access with luggage to top floors

All good but...:

South Africa seems to have a national sport called “The 10 AM Checkout Dash.” Almost every accommodation expects you to be out by 10:00 AM sharp, as if you’re being evicted for overstaying your welcome. I appeal to hoteliers: disrupt the market and break away from old patterns! It won’t harm you, but it will significantly improve your business. Come on, folks—you mostly have fabulous accommodation though people need time to sip their coffee, pack their bags, and maybe even enjoy that last bit of vacation bliss. How about moving checkout to a civilized 11:00 AM? Ok, in cities you can still stick to this inhumane rule, but the tourist destinations should work differently. Give us a fighting chance to leave with dignity instead of a suitcase in one hand and toast in the other!

The place was very comfortable and clean.

It is on the third floor so need to take stairs (no elevator) - however this also gives you privacy and a bit of a view.

Convenient and central

The gates take a bit long to open and close so could be a safety concern
