The host was super .Very helpful and polite and always makes sure that we have everything .The location and apartment was superb and beautiful .Everything was lovely.

A clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony — ideal for a family stay in Bol. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance; Zlatni Rat took us about 15 minutes and was well worth the walk. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for families. The host, Ermin, is absolutely fantastic — friendly, funny, and a genuinely great person. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had a great time. Our stay at La Mer 1 was absolutely perfect — we loved every moment of it.

Everything Ermin the host is the best ever. He is extremely personable and funny and such a great guy. The apartment is also very beautiful and nice and has everything you may need and want. It is a short walk to studenac and Tommy.

We loved everything about our stay at La Mer 1. The location is great for both beach time and Bol exploration and it takes only 5-10 minutes of walk to the nearest beach and 20-25 minutes to Zlatni rat beach which means we did not have to pay high parking fees to get to that beach. Free parking is on the site. The nearest shop is only 2 minutes away, and the pizza place is next to the apartment building. Our host Ermin was amazing and he even offered us to stay one day longer due to bad weather but we managed to get out of Bol before rain. He also offered help to my parents who got stuck at the airport due to flight cancellation - amazing! The facilities are great and the apartment is very comfy. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Bol.

I liked that it was close to everything, short walk to grocery store, walkable or short drive to nearby beaches, but quiet and removed from more busy area of town. The host was amazing and very communicative. He helped us with our bags in and out. The terrace has nice views and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ermin kindly contacted us in advance to say that he would pick us up from the ferry port which was very much appreciated.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the beach and the marina . Ermin picked us up and dropped us back at the port, very friendly and great recommendations . Told us that we could contact him at anytime . Would definitely recommend this apartment

we really enjoyed our stay. all the praises about Ermin are true. :) he was very nice. and kind enough to pick us up with our luggage, let us check in early, and drop us off when our stay was over. the location is cozy in a quiet building but just short walk from the water, cafes, groceries. has a retro holiday-home feel. the balcony for evening and daytime lounging with both sun and shade was delightful. full kitchen with everything you might need. well cooled with AC. recommended for anyone who wants to be close to it all.
