Apartment Babic

The location was lovely. Large backyard. Outside shower. Parking in the backyard. Welcome drinks in the fridge.

Quite small rooms. Old furniture with broken handles. We booked it for 12 days and we got 2 toilet paper, one bin bag, and one dish washer cube which are not expensive to provide and one less thing to worry about. The most annoying part was that the owner was keep lecturing us on everything. The kids dropped a grape stalk somewhere in the garden which we didn’t notice and he quickly pointed out! We do take care very concisely of our environment and teach our three children to do so. However they are two, three and six years old so they are in the learning process. One afternoon suddenly was windier and the draft banged the doors, we already closed the windows to get rid of the draft but he was already shouting out to close the windows. I felt that we were constantly watched and gave me anxiety. It seemed they had mostly friends over at the other apartments. They were quite loud at night sometimes in the garden. Ones they even woke up the kids in the middle of the night laughing and shouting so loud. The wifi was absolutely rubbish rarely was working. The tv wasn’t smart and the channels appropriate for the kids were not working. Also I was kind of hoping we will be offered the get fresh towels after at least on week or a general cleaning which we didn’t. I believe there are much better options in this price range.

- Big parking space - Just two minutes away from the beach. There is a public shower on the beach as well. - The host was super responsive and considered all the details from dishwasher detergent to mosquito repellents.

Comfy beds, a lot of space, very close to several beaches, mosquito nets in windows, condition inside was so comfy it was not even needed to start the air conditioning and if you are like me and don't like to talk to homeowners and just want to be left alone on your holiday, this is the place to go. Another great advantage over other apartments was the bathhouse in the garden (that's the small building with green door on pictures), it was very comfortable to take a full shower in private when coming back from sea before going back to apartment.

The wifi was very unreliable, there were literal days when the internet speed reminded be the days of dial-up connection. Definitely bring your own internet connection as a backup. The shower pressure was quite random.
