Clean,spacious and Comfortable Great position in Spa The hosts were very welcoming and responsive

The location within Spa was perfect, as it is situated a close walk to the town center and one of the Spa train stations (Spa-Geronstere). The house was very comfortable for the four of us attending the F1 race for the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here at any time of year.

There are really no major or even minor complaints here. The house was as we expected (perhaps even a bit better than expected from the photos alone) and we did not have any issues. So, no dislikes here!

The standard of the finish of the apartment was excellent throughout - flooring, units, showers. The quality of the appliances was superb.

There were roadworks in the main feeder road leading to the apartment. We think the pre-arrival email should have mentioned these with a suggestions as to best route around the blockage. Unfortunately on the day of our arrival, a digger was parked across the end of the road (a one-way road) so ultimately we had to go down the wrong way. I'm sure the roadworks (extra drainage) will be finished soon

Beautiful, cosy apartment with absolutely loads of space for 2 people even though I was there solo. Very comfy bed, nice and clean, modern kitchen with everything you need already in the apartment. Not to mention the convenient location, only 5 minute walk from Spa centre and 15 min drive to the race track.

The only problem I had was the road works surrounding the apartment, obviously these won’t always be there, but as it’s located on a one way street, it was a bit difficult to find at first

The kitchen was very well equipped, with good quality appliances and everything we could need. The living area was very comfortable, and there was an extensive library of books, including some great classics and some historic information about Spa. The apartment was close to the railway station, and only a short walk from the city centre, so very accessible to everything really. Hosts were very responsive to our requests and we felt most welcome. Would happily return.

I wish i had time to read more of the books.

Enzo the host was fantastic. Breakfast was more than enough and included freshly squeezed orange juice. Staying at this property made our time in Epernay all the more enjoyable. It was really good to be within easy walking distance of the Champagne house Jaquilnot and Fils where we did a tour and tasting, We bought a bottle of Champagne there and enjoyed drinking it in the garden at the rear of the rear of the property the next day. Enzo even provided an ice bucket and champagne bottle stopper to use to keep the bubbles in the opened bottle.

Clean and equipped apartment in a quiet location. A 5-minute walk to the city center.
