Please inform Boulevard 8 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 1500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Neat, comfortable. Kids loved it. So did we. Thank you

Leaking geyser not fixed despite many calls. Geyser tripped power in unit, spent 1/3 of stay without power. Cold showers for 2 of 3 days.

The place was fine. The security was highly appreciated, it's closer to almost every thing the place is peaceful. I can do it again. I had a wonderful time.

The linen is too old,one of toilet was not working. I never met any staff. We did everything by ourselves. The iron really guys and the ironing bord but beside that I had a wonderful time

"There must put wi-fi and DStv limited channels. Have clean additional blankets and clean couches"

The place is in nice location. Building very secure and safe. Very attractive building

Additional blankets were not clean were bit smelling odour. The place did not have wi-fi which was very disappointing. Open channel TV, big turn off. Couches were smelling mould.
