Apartments Laguna 2

The location is fantastic - at the end of the seaside promenade, right by the seafront and around the corner from a beautiful small beach.

Location is great, near beaches and walking distance to the city center. Appartment is very big and has washing machine and dishwasher.

Everything was as expected.

Half way through this trip, I was intending on writing a glowing review of this property, similar to all the other ones on here, regarding how great the location is, and what an amazing view there is from the balcony.  All of this is true.   However, on day 3 of our stay, the male owner behaved in a way that is unacceptable on every level.   I would like to say that the lady owner is lovely and it is unlikely she was aware of what happened.   The owner lives above the property and heard banging doors coming from one of the properties.  Deciding incorrectly that it was coming from the apartment that I was renting with my wife and 2 small children, he entered the property (no knocking, just opened the door and walked in), and accused my wife of slamming doors.  I say accused, he shouted at her to ‘stop slamming doors.  You don’t slam doors in England, don’t slam them here!’.  Him, 6 ft 2” 100 kg, my wife 5ft 2” 50 kg.   You can imagine how intimidating this would have been.    He refused to listen to my wife when she said it was not coming from the property we were in  He then proceeded to give a demonstration of what he didn’t want to happen.  Whilst my wife was holding the handle he violently slammed the door pulling her forwards.    He then left.   His behaviour was disgraceful and he should be ashamed.      I am sure he will have a version of event that justifies (in his mind) his behaviour, but there is no disputing that facts that 1) he entered the property uninvited (I would assume he would have breached some sort of legislation in doing this 2) confronting/intimidating/violent/threatening behaviour exhibited towards a female.   Unfortunately, due to the above, I am unable to recommend this property due to the irrational unpredictable behaviour exhibited by the owner
